With a background in Food Science and Nutrition and years in the corporate world, I never imagined how much pregnancy and postpartum would transform me—both physically and mentally. During my first birth, yoga and a hypnobirthing class helped me feel grounded and confident through labour.
But I wasn’t ready for how challenging postpartum would be. It was messy, emotional, and overwhelming.
From Challenge to Calling
That experience became the turning point that led me to dive deeply into the field of prenatal and postnatal care.
I created khimyoga to support mothers in preparing their bodies and minds for a smoother birth—and to care for themselves with compassion after delivery.
Support Beyond Birth
There’s no standard guide for healing after birth, especially after a C-section. That’s why I combine yoga, mindful movement, and scar care to help mamas feel safe, supported, and strong again.
