What Makes This Class Special

A gentle, supportive space for tired, giving bodies. Through mindful movement, scar care, and the ABC approach—alignment, breathing, and core control—you’ll release tension, rebuild strength, and start to feel like yourself again. Because in the midst of caring for everyone else, your healing matters too.

What to Expect in Class

  • Core & Pelvic Floor Recovery – Safe, low-impact movements to support healing from diastasis recti and manage pelvic floor issues like urinary incontinence.

  •  C-Section Scar Massage – Gentle techniques to soften tight scar tissue, reduce discomfort, and improve mobility.

  • Strength & Posture Support – Build strength and improve alignment to ease back pain, shoulder tension, and daily strain.

  • Breathwork & Relaxation – Simple tools to calm your nervous system, release stress, and reconnect with yourself amidst the demands of motherhood.

Who Can Join?

  1. Moms who have had a C-section (10 weeks postpartum and beyond) or vaginal birth (6 weeks postpartum and beyond).

  2. Moms experiencing diastasis recti (separation of abdominal muscles), urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, back pain, or lingering pain or numbness from scars.​

 

It’s never too late to start! Whether you’re newly postpartum or years down the line, our program is here to support you.

Class Format Options

  • 🧘‍♀️ In-Person Classes
    Available in Ipoh. Small group sessions in a supportive and welcoming space.

  • 💻 Online (Private)
    Join from home with live guidance and personal feedback—perfect for those outside of Kampar/Ipoh or needing flexible access.

  • 🎥 Pre-Recorded Program
    Move at your own pace anytime, anywhere. Includes bite-sized videos designed for pregnancy support, birth preparation, and beyond. For mums within 1 year postpartum.
