Grounded in yoga wisdom and the Body Ready Method®, this class weaves together gentle, evidence-based movement and breath practices that support your body’s changing needs. The tools you’ll learn not only prepare you for birth—but also carry you into postpartum recovery with strength, balance, and ease.

What to Expect in Class

Here is what you will learn:

  • Posture adjustments to support your growing belly and ease tension in your back, shoulders, and pelvis—helping you feel more at ease and comfortable in your pregnant body.

  • Functional movement practices to relieve common discomforts such as shoulder and lower back pain, pelvic pressure, shortness of breath, and fatigue—while gently building strength and mobility.

  • Core and pelvic floor awareness to help you stay connected to your deep support system, essential for a smoother birth and long-term postpartum recovery.

  • Breathing techniques to calm your nervous system, manage contractions during labor, and release stress—tools you can carry into early motherhood and beyond.

  • Emotional space and mindset support to help you feel grounded, connected with your baby, and confident as you prepare for birth and the transition into motherhood.

✨ No previous yoga or movement experience needed. Welcoming all trimesters, all birth preferences—including natural, medicated, cesarean, and VBAC.

    Available in Ipoh and Kampar. Small group sessions in a supportive and welcoming space.

  • 💻 Online (Private)
    Join from home with live guidance and personal feedback—perfect for those outside of Kampar/Ipoh or needing flexible access.

  • 🎥 Pre-Recorded Program
    Move at your own pace anytime, anywhere. Includes bite-sized videos designed for pregnancy support, birth preparation, and beyond.
